The Xi Deuteron chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa is a fraternity founded on the promotion of brotherhood, stimulation of scholarship, and development of character through justice, wisdom, and honor. The chapter has had a significant presence on the University of Tennessee’s campus since its activation in 1925.
